Peazy

Help and support

Peazy is built and run by Polaris Data Insights Ltd. in Toronto, Canada. It organises what your business's money does and estimates what to set aside — it isn't a filed return, and it doesn't replace your accountant.

Get in touch

Email reaches a person. Pick the address that fits what you're writing about.

Support is by email, on a commercially reasonable basis — there's no phone line and no guaranteed response time. Most messages get an answer within a business day or two.

Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed in the iPhone or Android app, cancel from your App Store or Google Play account settings — that's the only place a store subscription can be changed. If you subscribed on the web, open Billing in the app and use the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it doesn't delete your data.
How do I delete my account and everything in it?
Open More → your account → Delete account, in the app or on the web. It removes your profile, transactions, receipts and connected bank items. It cannot be undone, and it doesn't by itself cancel a store subscription — cancel that separately, as above.
My bank connection stopped working.
Banks expire these connections periodically, and some ask you to re-approve after a password change. Open Accounts and any connection needing attention is flagged there with a button to reconnect. If reconnecting doesn't take, email support and say which institution it is.
What can I forward to my Peazy email address?
Expense receipts only. Don't forward anything carrying someone else's personal details — we discard those unread rather than store them. Your own address is on the Forward by email screen.
Is the tax number a filed return?
No. Peazy is a financial documents organiser, not a tax preparer or a CPA. Every figure it shows is an estimate to help you set money aside and hand your accountant a tidy year — your accountant files the return.
Which provinces is Peazy available in?
Every Canadian province except Quebec. Quebec law requires a French version of the product before we can serve Quebec residents, and we're not there yet. The territories are a planned follow-up.
